These Terms & Conditions govern use of the BarkSuds Seminole website, grooming services, and text messaging program. BarkSuds Seminole is operated by Rover Industries of Florida LLC.

SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, you agree to receive text messages from BarkSuds Seminole and/or Rover Industries of Florida LLC. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, customer-care follow-ups, and, where separately consented to, promotional offers.

How to Opt In

Website visitors may opt in through the BarkSuds Seminole chat widget by voluntarily entering a mobile number and selecting the separate optional SMS consent checkbox. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not use purchased, rented, or affiliate lead lists for text messaging.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on appointments and messaging preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.

Opt-Out and Help

Reply STOP at any time to end text messages. You will receive one confirmation, after which no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or call +1 727-598-6800.

Carrier Disclosure

Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Some replies may be generated or assisted by automated systems; you may request a human team member at any time.

Age Requirement

Our SMS messaging program is intended for individuals age 18 or older. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Grooming Services

We provide professional dog grooming, including bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, and related services. Prices and timing may vary by pet size, coat condition, temperament, and requested services. We will discuss material changes before proceeding.

Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be requested by phone, email, or through our website. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule where possible. Late arrivals or repeated no-shows may require rescheduling or a deposit.
